Face lift, face exercises or face off?

I was enjoying a cup of organic gunpowder green a few months ago with a friend I’ve known for more than 25 years when she leaned over her kitchen table, stared at my face and exclaimed “have you had a face lift??”.  Shocked and horrified I realised that I hadn’t seen her for a few months, and it was working!

Fast forward a few months to my son’s graduation celebrations, and another friend I hadn’t seen for a while, leaned over in her chair and said “oh, you look like you have had a face lift, what are you doing?!!”.

Taken aback that it happened again, I feel compelled to share the source with you which has been developed and used since the 1930s.  For four months I have been doing Eva Fraser’s facial workout, which she has refined over several decades.  My face feels stronger and ‘bouncy’.  Apparently, the difference is notable, and it really does work.  Face fitness is about not neglecting above your shoulders and enjoying the age you are.

By following the facial exercises in her book (or the downloadable video) for 10 minutes a day you can maintain the 57 facial and neck muscles which have a tendency to drop southwards over time along with the skin attached to it.

I would suggest that anybody over the age of 35 years old would benefit from this investment – you spend an hour or more on your body muscles don’t you?  You are never too young to start avoiding jowls, sagging eyelids and mouth corners.

A healthy face = healthy mind.

The book also includes tips on how to stimulate the lymph glands through massage and improvements to circulation in the face to keep fluids moving.  Away with puffiness!

Please let me know how the exercises work for you.
