I really love beans and could eat this dish every day.  Beans are filling and warming with a good amount of carbohydrates and protein.

  • A great 30 minutes Vegan meal to replace a mince chilli dish.
  • This recipe helps to regulate hormone levels.
  • Keep it organic.
  • Herbes De Provence = Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary and Thyme
  • You can reduce the cost of the recipe by buying raw beans, soak them overnight and cook it in a pressure cooker.
  • I love putting lemon, cayenne, paprika in everything – these are all good for your digestive system.
  • Enjoy seconds for lunch the next day with half an avocado. Yum! 😋
